Description
BBCode or Bulletin Board Code is a light-weight markup language applied to format posts in quite a few information boards. The offered tags are typically indicated by square brackets ([ ]) bordering a search phrase, and they are parsed by the concept board procedure just before staying translated into a markup language that website browsers understand—usually HTML or XHTML .
BBCode was devised to deliver a safer, less complicated and more restricted way of permitting end users to format their messages.
